In recent years, Digital Technologies (DT) and related workflows have been widely applied to different fields of dentistry, including the different steps of planning and treatment in simple, advanced, or complex implant dentistry.

The lecture aims to present the available literature on this topic and the speaker’s experience on the use of DT in planning and treatment of patients affected by partial or total edentulism in association with different degrees of hard and soft tissue deficits in need of prosthetic restorations supported by dental implants.
